What is the Card Capsule Club?
The Card Capsule Club is our annual paid membership program for collectors. Members receive 10–15% off every order with no limits or expiration, plus earn reward points that can be redeemed for additional savings. Your membership is billed once per year and renews automatically, so you’ll continue enjoying your benefits unless you cancel before your renewal date.

The Card Capsule Club is open to all Card Capsule customers. Simply create an account and purchase an annual membership to unlock discounts and rewards all year long.

How do I earn points?
You’ll earn points every time you shop as a Card Capsule Club member. Simply make sure you’re logged into your account when you place your order. You can also earn additional points by completing select activities — such as leaving a product review, following us on social media, subscribing to email/SMS, and more.

How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points directly on our Card Capsule Club loyalty page. Scroll down to the “Ways to Redeem” section to see the rewards available. If you have enough points, you’ll be able to choose a reward and convert your points into store credit to use toward your next purchase.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved means your points are confirmed and ready to use. You can redeem them for rewards right away. Pending means your points are still being verified before they become available. This usually applies to points earned from purchases or referrals and will update once the order is finalized. Cancelled means these points will not be added to your account. For example, this may happen if an order is refunded or cancelled, and the points will move from pending to cancelled.
