The Card Capsule Club is our free loyalty program for collectors. Create an account and you'll automatically earn points every time you shop, plus bonus points for things like leaving a review or following us on social media. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

"},{"title":"Who can join?","content":"

Just create a Card Capsule account — that's it. Membership is free, there's nothing to buy, and you'll start earning points on your very next order.

"},{"title":"How do I check my points balance?","content":"

"},{"title":"How do I earn points?","content":"

You earn 3 points for every $1 you spend. Just make sure you're logged into your account when you place your order. You can also earn bonus points by completing activities like leaving a product review, subscribing to email or SMS, and following us on social media — see the \"Ways to Earn\" section above for the full list.

"},{"title":"How do I redeem my points?","content":"

Scroll to the \"Ways to Redeem\" section on this page. Every 100 points is worth $1 off, and you can redeem once you have at least 300 points. When you redeem, you'll receive a single-use discount code to apply at checkout on your next order.

"},{"title":"Can I combine my rewards discount with other discount codes?","content":"

No — loyalty discount codes can't be combined with other discount codes. If you have another promo code, use whichever gives you the better deal and save your points for the next order.

"},{"title":"Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?","content":"

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can.

"},{"title":"Do my points expire?","content":"

No — your points never expire. Earn at your own pace and redeem whenever you're ready.

"},{"title":" What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?","content":"

If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points earned from that order are removed from your balance. Points from your other purchases and activities are unaffected.

"},{"title":"What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?","content":"

Approved means your points are confirmed and ready to use — you can redeem them right away. Pending means your points are still being verified before they become available; this usually applies to points from purchases or referrals and updates once the order is finalized. Cancelled means the points will not be added to your account — for example, if an order is refunded or cancelled, its points move from pending to cancelled.
